Sean Haleen teaches Anusara-Inspired and Vinyasa Flow yoga. He recently relocated from Vancouver, BC where he was completing graduate work in the Social Sciences. Yoga has been a part of his life since he was 11 years old when he was first introduced to the practice by his mom. Sean strongly believes that having a yoga practice enables all of us to recognize the intrinsic goodness of ourselves just as we are and reminds us that we are perfect no matter what physical limitations we may have.
Sean’s classes are playful and light, yet challenging and introspective. Each class is carefully planned around a theme and posture structure so that students can deeply explore specific areas of the body and philosophy of yoga. Sean’s classes invite all abilities, ages, etc., so don’t be shy!
