(1) How do I see what classes I am signed up for?
(2) Where do I go to sign up for classes? Click the Appointments tab (at top right corner of screen) to sign up for Reformer classes; click on the Classes tab to sign up for Mat classes. (3) How do I check how much payment I have in my account?
(4) How do I pay for classes? When you book a class and you don’t have a current series, you will be taken to the retail screen to pay. You can also pay before you book:
(5) How do I cancel a class?
Please note our cancellation policy: we will credit your account if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. (6) How do I change my schedule? To make sure you have enough payment in your account, first cancel the classes you don’t want and then book the ones you do want. (7) I am trying to book recurring weekly classes but it won’t go through—why? You need to have payment for each class you’re trying to book. If you want to book 5 classes, make sure you have at least 5 unbooked in your series that you can use. (8) I want to sign up for a Reformer class tomorrow, but I don’t see that available online. If you want to sign up for a Reformer class that is happening in less than 24 hours, please call in to see if there’s a space. (9) When I click on My Info, it says “awaiting studio verification.” You can still use all of the online features; you just can’t see your contact information until the studio verifies your identity. This is to keep your personal contact information secure. (10) How do I see when my packages expire? Click the My Info tab; then click the My Account tab. (11) How do I see if other people have signed up for a class? You can ask the desk when you’re at the studio, or you can call in. (12) How do I purchase the Reformer Intro package (4 privates, 5 group classes) online? It is not available online, so if you want to purchase it, please either call in or come to the front desk of the studio during our business hours. (13) How do I check to see if my payment went through? Click the My Info tab; then click the My Purchases tab. All payments made are shown there, so if it's not there, then the payment did not go through. Please see Question 4 to make a payment. (14) How do I sign up a friend? Your friend needs to sign up in their own account, which you can open for them. updated 9.24.07 |
