Carlos Pomeda
Kundalini Yoga: Charting the Inner Landscape: Hatha Yoga and the Natha Traditions - Spiritual & Physical Alchemy.
What is Kundalini? What are the Chakras? What happens when the Kundalini rises? In this discussion, Carlos answers these questions and differentiates traditional teachings from New Age interpretations.
Hatha Yoga and the Natha Traditions - Spiritual & Physical Alchemy: Carlos outlines how Hatha Yoga developed as a separate system within a Tantric milieu. Analogous to the efforts of the alchemists to turn base metals into gold, adepts developed methods that allowed practitioners via “internal alchemy” to turn mortal flesh into the “diamond body.”
