Pilates Online Scheduling and Purchases

●      How do I get to Online Scheduling? Please visit www.yogakula.com and click on Pilates in the menu bar at the top of our homepage. Here you will find links to our online schedule, as well as further booking instructions, if needed. If you do not already have a YogaKula username and password, you will need to sign-up.

●      How do I sign-up for a YogaKula username and password? Please follow any link from our website to our online schedule. In the upper right-hand corner of the screen where you log-in, there is a link for new clients to sign-up. Once you choose a username and password, you are all set to purchase classes and start building your schedule.

●      How do I sign-up for Pilates Reformer Group or Mat classes? Please visit www.yogakula.com and click on Pilates in the menu bar at the top of our homepage; in this section you will find links to our online schedule. Group Reformer and Pilates Mat classes may be found under the Yoga and Pilates Classes tab. Please note that you must have a current, applicable Pilates pass to sign-up for classes. If your pass series has expired, or has been used-up, you will be directed to the Retail screen where you may make an online purchase.

●      How do I sign-up for Pilates Privates or Duos? Please visit www.yogakula.com and click on Pilates in the menu bar at the top of our homepage; in this section you will find links to our online schedule. Private and Duo Pilates sessions can be scheduled through the Pilates Private/Duo tab. Please follow the prompts to book—you will be able to search our teacher’s availability for days and times of preference. Again, you must have a current, applicable Pilates pass to sign-up.

●      How do I check how many classes I have available in my YogaKula account? When you are logged-in to our online schedule, you can click on the My Info tab on the main page. Next, click on My Account—your current series count will be displayed listing the number of classes remaining on your pass, and their expiration date.

●      How do I cancel a class that I have signed-up up for? When you are logged-in to our online schedule, you can click on the My Info tab on the main page. Next, click on My Schedule—you may cancel any classes by clicking on the Web Cancel link next to the class you wish to cancel. (Please note that you may cancel your appointment up to 24-hours in advance, or you will be charged for the class.)
