Sean Haleen has practiced yoga since he was a child growing up in rural Idaho. He began teaching yoga while in grad school in Vancouver, British Columbia. Since relocating to San Francisco in 2010, Sean has continued to dedicate his life to the teachings of Tantra and Anusara Yoga.
His primary teachers have been Chris Chavez, Christine Price-Clark, Darren Rhodes, and is currently being mentored through the Anusara certification process by Kenny Graham.
Sean’s classes are noted for their humor and vigor. Students can expect a dynamic experience that spans the gamut of physical and philosophical breadth.
Sean teaches classes, workshops, and privates across the Bay Area. He has taught yoga to a variety of people including high schoolers, homeless groups, recovering drug addicts, and queer youth.
