This practice will purify the meridians and enliven the spine and the spirit. It will make you feel joyous and radiant. An invitation to dance with life and return to your true nature.

Marie-Christine Cornet is a certified instructor in different systems of Qigong: Healing Tao, Sheng Zhen and Supreme Science Qigong. She has studied Qigong in Asia, Europe, and the US and loves sharing what she has learned.
