This retreat will be the perfect balance of activity and relaxation to help you tune into your inner source of peace and power and reconnect with nature. Taking time out to nurture ourselves is essential in regaining balance, peace of mind and vitality.
During this beach getaway, we’ll refuel mind, body and soul with yoga sessions for all levels of students, guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, restorative yoga, beach walking, relaxing in the hot tub, kayaking (if you choose), great food and barbeques.
The intention is to leave feeling more relaxed, spacious, and refreshed.

Saraswati Clere an Award-wining documentary film-maker, yoga studio owner in Berkeley, CA. Saraswati is a 500 RYT Yoga Teacher Trainer. She teaches yoga at Retreat Centers; Green Gulch, Esalen Mt Madonna and 1440 Multi University. She is also the host of the newly released Yogapedia Podcast series guiding intimate and honest conversation with esteemed yoga teachers and experts around the globe.
Anne Gregory began her journey with yoga and meditation in 2008. After relocating from New York City to San Francisco in 2012, she decided to share her passion for yoga with others. She is a certified E-RYT-200 and RYT-500. Anne believes yoga has the power to transform one's life from the inside out, providing students the tools to bring strength and ease into their lives to confidently face whatever life experiences come their way. Her classes emphasize mindfulness, alignment and a strong connection to breath in order to build strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.
