Anna Zehringer is an international yoga teacher from California. She is RYT-500 and has completed 110 additional hours of advanced training. She completed her 200H multi-style training with Blooming Lotus Yoga School in Thailand in 2014. She completed her 300H advanced training in 2017 with Himalayan Yoga Master Yogrishi Vishvketu of Akhanda yoga at Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh, India, where she practiced and studied Traditional Hatha, Akhanda and Classical Kundalini. In addition she has also completed advanced studies with Laughing Lotus San Francisco focusing on the Chakras and Yoga Philosophy.
She loves to combine her passion for travel and yoga and has taught and trained around the world. Yoga has helped her to be mindful, peaceful, and connect with her authentic self and it is her mission to share this practice with others. Anna teaches mindful Hatha flow classes that include asana, pranayama, and meditation while weaving traditional yogic teachings and themes throughout each class. She also hosts yoga retreats locally and internationally for practitioners to journey deeper into the heart of yoga and explore our beautiful world. She encourages her students to take their yoga practice off the mat by applying observation, self-inquiry, mindfulness, and love in their everyday lives.
