Shakti Pearce 

Having spent half of her childhood in the Siddha Yoga Ashram, yoga and meditation have been part of Shakti’s life for as long as she can remember. Now, as a yoga teacher, she invites students into a deeper awareness of themselves and their bodies. Through an alignment based, flow style of practice, Shakti combines effort and release, which allows students to emerge softer and more supple as well as stronger, and more clearly present and balanced in body and mind.
