THREE REASONS A PRIVATE SESSION CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE

BEGINNERS BUILDING A SOLID FOUNDATION IN NO TIME

Every person's body is unique. Private Sessions are an invaluable way to learn how you should approach each pose in order to best suit it to your body. What may take months in a class environment can be accomplished in just hours in a one-on-one setting. I carefully craft each session to your specific needs. You will dramatically improve your alignment and awareness, bringing greater strength, flexibility and well-being to what will now be an educated yoga practice from which you will reap incredible benefits.

EXPERIENCED STUDENTS BREAK THROUGH TO THE NEXT LEVEL

Students of all levels reach plateaus where one-on-one instruction can make a life breakthrough. Special sessions can be arranged to focus on sun salutations, core strengthening, inversions or arm balances while still touching on many other aspects that will help you take your practice to the next level. You will leave amazed at how much you learned about your body and your practice and excited to apply all you have learned.

HEALING AN INJURY

Centuries before Western medicine started turning to physical therapy, doctors in India used yoga to heal the human body from an astonishing number of ailments. However, yoga can be a double-edged sword for any injury: while one pose may be great for your back, another may not be. Because the human body is so complex, the variance is not just from pose to pose but also from person to person: the pose that may heal his back pain may actually make yours worse.

In these sessions, we start by carefully examining the issues arising in your body and practice. We can offer a sequence of poses for you or we can teach you how to modify poses and sequences you commonly see in open group classes. Learn how to support and speed healing from injury and build strength and body awareness to prevent future
