Anusara is an therapeutic system of hatha yoga that utilizes a set of clear and elegant biomechanical principles that underlie all yoga postures. The Anusara Yoga method allows us to develop a more conscious relationship with the body and to understand the mind-body connection in such a way that we feel whole and supported, stronger and more flexible both on the mat and in our lives.
Vinyasa translates as: 'to place in a special way.’ Alignment Vinyasa is the practice of merging breath, movement and mindfulness. This class is designed to gradually awaken the body’s flexibility, strength, and breath intelligence through alignment based, flow sequencing that builds towards one or more peak poses.
A Hatha-inspired class, with emphasis on alignment and embodied awareness. Expect a mix of asana poses, meditation and breath work to draw you deeper into presence.
Community Donation Class
We want to share the benefits of yoga, mindfulness-based practices, with all people in our community. We offer donation-based yoga and mindfulness meditation classes. Sliding scale $10 – $17. If you can pay more, please do to support those who can’t.

First Wednesday of each Month 6pm - 7pm
Laura and Bone share their passion and practice to inspire and awaken the community. Laura leads a dynamic, fluid and spirit awakening flow sequence whilst Bone fills the room with his soothing world music that incorporates his haunting vocals, Native American flutes and Tibetan Singing Bowls.

A Hatha Yoga class is taught with unique sequencing to promote a dynamic + relaxing experience. This class incorporates all aspects of a traditional Hatha yoga class – breath, meditation and postures – while challenging your co-ordination through movement.
Consider this class a mid-day reset. Enjoy a 60-minute class with graceful and intelligent sequencing designed to re-energize your day.
Restorative is a gentle, relaxing, passive style that allows students to relax and release the body into a gentle stretch that is held for as long as 10 minutes. This style makes use of a wide range of props, including bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets. The intention is to provide support within each pose, making it easier to completely leg go.
Community Qigong Class
These classes focus on calming and toning the nervous system, centering the mind, harmonizing the breath with the movements of the body, and cultivating energy appropriate to the changing seasons. Drawing from several Qigong traditions, these classes are designed to settle the emotions, and to build whole-body coordination, mental focus, a relaxed yet energized feeling, and a deeply rooted, quiet joy. This class provides a steady, calming practice of Yoga poses, breathwork, and awareness techniques. Gentle movement, thoughtful transitions and modification options are used to invite soft openings and to deepen the mind-body connection. Perfect for beginners as well as regular practitioners wishing to slow down and get grounded.

HEALING AN INJURY
Centuries before Western medicine started turning to physical therapy, doctors in India used yoga to heal the human body from an astonishing number of ailments. However, yoga can be a double-edged sword for any injury: while one pose may be great for your back, another may not be.
