100 Hour Immersion
Our 100-Hour Yoga Immersion is for committed and curious yoga students who wish to take their practice to the next level in the company of like-hearted souls. During our Immersion we’ll dive deeply into the traditions and practices of yoga, connect with the fullness of ourselves and each other, and harvest the fruits of a dedicated practice.
Participants will receive in-depth instruction in asana, biomechanics, alignment, applied anatomy, core yogic texts, various philosophical lineages and traditions, meditation techniques, pranayama, mantra, and yoga therapeutics. Our Yoga Immersion moves our yoga practice off the mat and deep into our hearts, minds, and spirits, where it can transform our lives in powerful ways.
In the Immersion we will integrate the practices and wisdom from the yoga tradition to our daily lives where they can benefit our families and communities. As your practice evolves, you may choose to continue your studies and walk the path of becoming a yoga teacher with an additional 100 hours of refined training and tools for guiding the practice with your community.

Saraswati Clere, E-RYT 500
San Francisco Bay Area filmmaker Saraswati Clere is the founder of Yogakula Productions and owns Yogakula Wellness Center in Berkeley, which attracts thousands of students each year. For the past 20 years Saraswati has trained in the Iyengar and Anusara Yoga method. She has been teaching yoga for 10 years and currently leads teacher training programs. Saraswati has produced a line of educational CDs and DVDs in collaboration with some of the world’s most prominent yoga teachers and scholars. She is the director of the Kula Coworking Hub and offers monthly workshops designed to empower and support entrepreneurs to be successful in business and in life.
In 2011, Saraswati produced Yogawoman, an award-winning documentary narrated by Annette Bening, that features 50 of the world’s leading experts – doctors, researchers, renowned yoga instructors – all empowered, compassionate, inspiring- all women. Since its release yoga woman has screened in 12 countries and has won five film awards.
Suzanne Zuber, RYT 500, E-RYT
Suzanne, European-American yogini and international yoga instructor, has been fortunate to study in-depth asana, anatomy, therapeutics, and the various Yogic traditions and philosophies with world-renowned Hatha and Vinyasa teachers. With Noah Mazé, she earned her 300-hour Yogamazé teaching certificate during a year-long course of study in Berlin, focusing on Iyengar-based alignment Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. She is a graduate of the 200-hour Anusara-based yoga teacher training with Siri Peterson, Chrissy and Kenny Graham, and has further studied with Abby Tucker, Jim Bernaert, and Sianna Sherman. She has taught at various studios in Stockholm, Munich, and the Bay Area, and currently runs a yoga-program for students and teachers at the German International School of Silicon Valley (Berkeley campus).
Yoga classes with Suzanne are upbeat and humorous, challenging and reflective. She likes to interweave ancient myths (with a grain of salt), tapping into timeless universal truths as we explore asanas, pranayama, and meditation on the mat. Suzanne is happiest when her students come out of her class feeling balanced and energized, strong to the core, and well-aligned in body, mind, and spirit.

Director of the Yoga Well Institute, Chase has been studying Yoga, Sanskrit, eastern philosophy and religion for nearly 30 years. In 1991, as part of a study abroad program in Chennai, India, Chase took a semester long course on Yoga Theory with Mr. TKV Desikachar that essentially set the direction for the rest of his life. He became a private student of Mr. Desikachar's and spent a total of four and a half years in Chennai (from 1991-2012) studying with him, his family and his senior teachers including serving as a teacher at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram. He served as Director of Therapy and Education at the non-profit Healing Yoga Foundation in San Francisco from 2006-2012. His depth of knowledge on yoga and meditation are shared through practical, humorous anecdotes that translate to everyday life.
Originally trained in-residence at Esalen Institute from 1974 to 1993, Deane Juhan has been a professional bodyworker for 40 years. He is a Trager practitioner and instructor, with a private practice in the Berkeley area. The author of "Job's Body: A Handbook for bodywork," and "Touched by the Goddess: The Physical, Emotional and Spiritual Dimensions of Bodywork," he has long had a passion for understanding the relations between mind, body and spirit and the creative forces at work in all self-development, healing and artistic expression. His workshops have been presented all across the US, Canada, Europe and Japan. Their content is focused on both cutting edge research into many aspects of the body-mind and his years of experience as a practitioner.
Anodea Judith, E-RYT
Anodea Judith, Ph.D. has been called “a prophet for our time.” A groundbreaking thought leader who is the founder and director of Sacred Centers, and a writer, therapist, and spiritual teacher. Her passion for the realization of human potential matches her concern for humanity’s impending crises—her fervent wish is that we “wake up in time.” She holds Masters and Doctoral degrees in Psychology and Human Health, is a 500 hour registered yoga teacher (E-RYT), with lifelong studies of psychology, mythology, sociology, history, systems theory, and mystic spirituality. She is considered one of the country’s foremost experts on the combination of chakras and therapeutic issues and on the interpretation of the Chakra System for the Western lifestyle. She teaches across the U.S., as well as in Canada, Europe, Ireland, Asia, and South and Central America.
