100 Hour Immersion
Our Yoga Immersion is for committed and curious yoga students who wish to take their practice to the next level in the company of like-hearted souls. During our 100 hour Immersion we’ll dive deeply into the traditions and practices of yoga, connect with the fullness of ourselves and each other, and harvest the fruits of a dedicated practice.
Participants will receive in-depth instruction in asana performance, biomechanics, alignment, applied anatomy, core yogic texts, various philosophical lineages and traditions, meditation techniques, pranayama, mantra, and yoga therapeutics. Yoga Immersion moves our yoga practice off the mat and deep into our hearts, minds, and spirits, where it can transform our lives in powerful ways.
In the Immersion we will integrate the practices and wisdom from the yoga tradition to our daily lives where they can benefit our families and communities. By first attending the yoga immersion and deepening your practice, you will know if continuing 100 more hours on the Yoga Kula teacher training path is right for you.

Trainings are non-refundable once the program begins. YogaKula and its teachers reserve the right to cancel workshops. If YogaKula cancels a Training, a full credit or refund will be issued.

Saraswati Clere, E-RYT 500
San Francisco Bay Area filmmaker Saraswati Clere is the founder of Yogakula Productions and owns Yogakula Wellness Center in Berkeley, which attracts thousands of students each year. For the past 20 years Saraswati has trained in the Iyengar and Anusara Yoga method. She has been teaching yoga for 10 years and currently offers teacher training programs. Saraswati has produced a line of educational CDs and DVDs in collaboration with some of the world’s most prominent yoga teachers and scholars. She is the director of the Kula Coworking Hub and offers monthly workshops designed to empower and support entrepreneurs to be successful in business and in life.
In 2011, Saraswati produced Yogawoman, an award-winning documentary narrated by Annette Bening, that features 50 of the world’s leading experts – doctors, researchers, renowned yoga instructors – all empowered, compassionate, inspiring- all women. Since its release yoga woman has screened in 12 countries and has won five film awards.
Chrissy Graham, E-RYT 500
Lighthearted, fun, and passionate, Chrissy radiates positivity. She teaches her classes using her wide-range of life experiences and the extensive knowledge she gained in her 21 years of yoga study. She is well versed in various systems of yoga and was a Certified Anusara Yoga teacher for 15 years. As a Certified E-RYT 500 Yoga Instructor, Chrissy enthusiastically teaches public classes, workshops, Immersions, restorative yoga, kids' yoga, private lessons, and Teacher Trainings throughout the Bay area and abroad.
Chrissy's varied classes focus on alignment based movement with an emphasis on weight baring poses and dynamic movement so students are able to develop a greater sense of their bodies' bio-mechanics, to practice safely, and to strengthen while stretching. Having traveled to Holland, Hawaii and across the continental United States to teach yoga and to study Hinduism, Buddhism, and Bon-po, she blends philosophy, therapeutics, and a complete knowledge of nutrition and dietary wellness to create complete and lively classes.
Chrissy's appreciation of nature and enthusiasm for life, emanate from her soul in everything she does. Since yoga is her first love, these qualities fill her classroom and inspire her students.
Suzanne Zuber, RYT 500
Suzanne, European-American yogini and international yoga instructor, has been fortunate to study in-depth asana, anatomy, therapeutics, and the various Yogic traditions and philosophies with world-renowned Hatha and Vinyasa teachers. With Noah Mazé, she earned her 300-hour Yogamazé teaching certificate during a year-long course of study in Berlin, focusing on Iyengar-based alignment Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. She is a graduate of the 200-hour Anusara-based yoga teacher training with Siri Peterson, Chrissy and Kenny Graham, and has further studied with Abby Tucker, Jim Bernaert, and Sianna Sherman. She has taught at various studios in Stockholm, Munich, and the Bay Area, and currently runs a yoga-program for students and teachers at the German International School of Silicon Valley (Berkeley campus).
Yoga classes with Suzanne are upbeat and humorous, challenging and reflective. She likes to interweave ancient myths (with a grain of salt), tapping into timeless universal truths as we explore asanas, pranayama, and meditation on the mat. Suzanne is happiest when her students come out of her class feeling balanced and energized, strong to the core, and well-aligned in body, mind, and spirit.
Siri Peterson, E-RYT 500
Siri is a proud wife and mama, certified Anusara® yoga instructor, E-RYT 500, and a practitioner of yoga for over 25 years. A New York Times recognized dancer and choreographer, Siri’s classes explore the unique relationship between yoga, artistic self-expression and mindful movement. Having healed her own physical injuries through yoga, she loves helping students access their innate healing capacities through optimal alignment. She offers public and private yoga lessons, meditation instruction, coaching, retreats, and yoga teacher trainings in Oakland, Berkeley, and the greater Bay Area. In 2016 she was named one of 100 Trailblazers in Yoga and Ayurveda by Spirituality and Health magazine.
