The greatest gift we can offer to the world, others and ourselves is to live fully present + with genuine compassion - come what may. In this rapidly changing world we all encounter challenges, need support, nourishment + inspiration. Mindfulness meditation and practical application, dharma wisdom and a group provide this refuge. Join for community meditation.  Open for all levels. This is a great class for beginners. We stretch the body, meditate and then discuss ways to deepen our meditation and incorporate more easefulness into our lives. Taught by Spirit Rock teacher,  Jill Satterfield.
