Join Barrie for four transformative classes that teach you not just what to do in each pose, but how to work with the unique intelligence of your own body.

Through the Anusara Yoga Principles of Alignment, you'll learn the methodology behind safe, sustainable practice in standing postures, hip openers, backbends, and inversions.

Rather than flowing through poses while the teacher practices alongside you, Barrie offers clear, progressive instruction that gives you the tools to access poses from the inside out.

In these dynamic, intelligently structured sessions, you'll learn why certain actions create stability or freedom, building a practice rooted in self-awareness rather than imitation. By breaking down foundational and intermediate asanas in safe, creative ways, you'll develop skills you can apply on your own mat, in any style, at any stage of your journey.

Each class blends rich asana exploration with mindful reflection and the spaciousness to truly feel your practice. Through step-by-step guidance and targeted refinements, you'll discover how purposeful sequencing, heart-centered intention, and alignment-based actions transform asana into an embodied, living inquiry.

 Classes can be taken individually or as a series and are suitable for all levels.

Cost: Either pay drop-in class price $25  OR use your class package

Pre-registration is required: please register on the yogakula class schedule on our website

Select the in-studio or virtual class Please be sure to select which one (ie in-person or virtual) For those joining online you will receive a zoom link 30 minutes before the class begins. A video recording will be available to those who registered for the virtual class. This will be sent after the class ends and will be available for 48 hrs to view. So if you can’t make the actual class time you can view later.
