Science continues to affirm what the great sages have long known — meditation is one of the most generous gifts you can offer your body, mind, and soul. A consistent practice can reduce stress, improve sleep, boost energy, sharpen focus, and cultivate emotional balance. On a deeper level, meditation opens the door to expanded states of consciousness and the direct realization of your essential nature — the unbroken wholeness that has always been present within.
Richard will share how meditation can evolve beyond a seated discipline into a way of living — one that sustains an unshakable peace and an abiding joy through every moment of your day.
Come discover the foundation, principles, and tools that will help you deepen your meditation practice and awaken to your true nature — the infinite peace that “stands unshaken amidst the crash of breaking worlds.”

Navigating the landscape of spiritual awakening—enlightenment—involves two essential phases, one that restores us to the realization of our essential nature and what lies beyond, and one that shows us how to interweave our enlightened realization into everyday life.
During the first phase of meditation, we recognize and experience our essential nature, as presence, awareness. Here we learn to abide where all boundaries of separation, self, and other dissolve and we experience our birthright of peace, joy, well-being, and freedom from suffering.
During the second phase of meditation, we learn how to embody our essential nature amidst the ever-changing circumstances of our ordinary everyday life, while we are at work, at play, and at rest, in all our relationships with friends, lovers, peers, children and co-workers.
During this daylong retreat we utilize the ancient map of meditation, that reveals the framework that underlies all contemplative traditions, as a path for navigating the landscape of spiritual awakening. It is as vital to awaken to our essential nature, as it is to learn how to fully embrace our humanness and embody awakening in our everyday life.
