Free Online Event with Noah Maze

Embodied Yogic Philosophy Practices

March 7  1:00–2:00 PM (Online & Free)

Recordings available if you can’t make the event

This free online summit offers a rich overview of a transformative program designed for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners ready to deepen their understanding of the art, science, and heart of Anusara Yoga.

Centered on the powerful architecture of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) as both movement meditation and philosophical embodiment, this online event explores how precise alignment, purposeful sequencing, and meaningful pauses cultivate clarity, stability, and freedom.

During this introductory session, Noah will share key themes

·       The refinement of Universal Principles of Alignment™ in dynamic sequences

·       How the “Sacred Pause” enhances awareness, integration, and skillful action

·       Intelligent sequencing that supports sustainable strength and mobility

·       The relationship between alignment, breath, and life-affirming philosophy

·       Developing confident verbal cues and impactful hands-on guidance

·       Teaching from inspiration—where technique and heart meet

Discover how Surya Namaskar becomes more than a warm-up—it becomes a gateway to embodied philosophy, resilient movement, and transformative teaching.

Whether you are an experienced teacher or a committed practitioner, this session will illuminate how alignment-based practice can elevate your teaching, refine your practice, and expand your capacity to serve with clarity and purpose.

Free. Online. Open to all dedicated students and teachers of yoga.

Come explore the power of the Sacred Pause—and step more fully into your light.
