SoundBath with Jósa Goodlife

Join us on a sound journey through time and space. A journey to meet your inner universe through deep listening and relaxation. The Icelandic multifaceted artist, Jósa Goodlife will guide you on to a meeting with the elements: water, fire, air and earth as you perceive them through sound within your own elemental body.

In this Elemental SoundBath, you are given the permission to explore your relationship to these elements: to observe how water flows through you, connecting your inner power deep within the fire element, as you listen carefully to sound moving through air, grounding your bones with the soft soil of the Earth. All of these elements invigorate your senses, relinquishing any daily burdens you may otherwise possess. You are invited to connect and to let go of the outer, as you find deep nourishment vibrating within the cells of your body and to explore the space of your own elemental reality.

Jósa uses drums, rattles and singing bowls in her work, as she guides you verbally on this magical journey. Supported by her soothing voice and natural background sounds, you will be left relaxed, curious and renewed from this healing experience.

Jósa Goodlife is a multifaceted artist and a facilitator of yoga // energy healing, now based in the San Francisco area. With her Nordic roots, born and raised in Iceland, Jósa seeks a lot of her inspiration from her origins and visits frequently, hosting events and retreats. While discovering herself through interdisciplinary practices with focus on how to heal, Jósa has become deeply fascinated by earth based practices and the love of playful, somatic embodiment explore. Jósa has in her recent years created Elemental SoundBath to channel the sound of elemental frequencies, for enhancing the life-force within us.

A big part of Jósa’s work the past years, has been to travel to different cities in North America, sharing her light with Elemental SoundBath, in big events hosted by Taste of Iceland. Through this work Jósa is acknowledging the need for more collective healing amongst us, as a deeper calling from Mother Earth. Her deepest wish is for all of us to explore and experience ourselves in oneness with all creation, so we may truly start to experience peace with all life on this magnificent planet.

“We all are made of the same basic ingredients, deeply connected to Mother Earth and with one other. Even though our internal landscape might show up in different forms out in the external world, we are and will always have our greatest charge from the fundamental elements of nature. The elements reveal their magic forces through our whole being, as we deepen our receiving and learn to listen with our senses.” -- Jósa Goodlife
