These courses offer an in-depth discussion of the deeper dimensions of yoga. Drawing insight directly from the ancient texts, they bring alive the authentic teachings that underlie the practice of yoga and show how they are relevant to the lives of modern people. These courses, individually or as a series, are appropriate for yoga teachers and trainees from any tradition as well as for yoga practitioners who simply want to deepen their understanding.

Yoga is far more than a system of physical practice—it is a vast and evolving tradition that has explored some of life's deepest questions: Who are we? What is consciousness? How do our actions shape our lives? What is the nature of freedom, awakening, and our relationship to the world?

Join renowned scholar and teacher Carlos Pomeda for a journey through some of the most influential teachings, texts, and traditions in the history of yoga. Beginning with the practical foundations of meditation and the ancient questions of karma and dharma, this series moves through the wisdom of Vedānta and Haṭha Yoga before entering the extraordinary world of Tantra and Kashmir Śaivism.

Studying these traditions in a thoughtful sequence allows each teaching to illuminate the next. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how yoga philosophy developed over time while discovering practical contemplative tools for bringing these timeless teachings into daily life. Through Carlos's unique ability to make profound classical teachings accessible, engaging, and relevant, this series offers an inspiring opportunity to deepen your practice, expand your understanding, and encounter yoga as a living path of wisdom and transformation.
