YOGA RETREAT IN GREECE

Yoga Retreat in Greece
with Saraswati Clere and Carlos Pomeda
September 25 – October 1, 2025

Join us for a soul-nourishing retreat on the island of Kea, in Greece. Set in a secluded villa overlooking the Aegean Sea, this retreat invites you into an immersive exploration of the subtle body—through yoga, breath, and meditative awareness.

Each day offers a gentle rhythm of practice and presence. Through breath-centered movement, somatic exploration, and meditation, we will slow down, reset the nervous system, and reconnect with the innate intelligence of the body. This is your invitation to return to your natural state of ease and vitality.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Nourishing movement that supports the subtle body and replenishes energy

  • A variety of approaches to meditation and pranayama (breathwork)

  • The breath as a bridge between body, mind, and consciousness

  • The art of somatic awareness and inner stillness

Whether you're a seasoned yoga teacher or a dedicated student, this retreat provides a deeply supportive and spacious environment to renew your inner resources and refine your practice.

You’ll return home with:

  • A soothed nervous system and a grounded sense of peace

  • Tools to enhance energy, focus, and emotional resilience

  • Expanded body-mind awareness and intuitive clarity

  • A renewed sense of wholeness, connection, and embodied presence

Come remember what it feels like to fully inhabit your body, to move with intention, to breathe with the rhythms of nature—and to rest in the luminous quiet within.
